I work for a brand called Wedding Shows Work that has three Bridal Shows: Rocky Mountain Bridal Show, Portland Bridal Show, and Boise Bridal Show. I assist the show producers, Barbie and Tom Howard, in the planning and executing process.
A Bridal Show brings together incredible vendors into one place for engaged couples to meet them face-to-face. Bridal Shows take the stress away of "how do I find a vendor? Which vendor fits most with my style?" because it gives the engaged couple an opportunity to meet tons of photographers, venues, florists, etc. in person and get a feel of who would fit best for their very special wedding day.
We are able to create a seamless timeline of set-up day, show day, and post-show follow up. The ability to send text-reminders to our vendors is fantastic and keeps us on schedule! There are a lot of moving parts to a trade show, and Timeline Genius gives us the flexibility we need to create a schedule for all of our needs.
