What attracted you to become a Wedding Planner and what is your favorite part of the planning process?
Welcome to my world of event planning and design! With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Clothing & Textiles from ASU and the Professional Bridal Consultant Certification earned through the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) Professional Development Program, I bring a unique blend of creativity and expertise to every project. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of curating unforgettable experiences for a diverse range of events, including Girl Scout meetings, educational events for both girls and adults, milestone birthday celebrations such as Quinceañeras and Sweet 16s, glamorous ballroom dance parties, and even prestigious weddings and conventions for esteemed organizations like ASMOMO and DSMOM Twins. My favorite part of planning is listening to my client's dreams, taking them up a notch and watching my clients and their family in awe and fully engaged creating and capturing memories to share with future generations.
What advice would you offer someone considering to become a Wedding Planner?
There is more to planning than beautiful decor. As fun as the decor is there are also logistics, family counseling, customer service, billing, marketing and extremely long event days. Make sure that you are continually learning all aspects of your business.
