I designed my best friend's wedding several years ago, but I never thought I could make a living doing something creative. But after having had breast cancer 3 years ago, and having gone through COVID, I began rethinking my career choices. I decided life is too short not to do something you truly love, and Buttercup Celebrations was born.
I believe each one of us was created in the image of God and reflects some of his qualities back into the world. On such an exciting new beginning as joining in marriage, I think every couple should have a wedding that truly reflects their values, history, and style, rather than just being pretty. I love having the opportunity to give this experience to my clients!
"At first, we found wedding planning to be stressful and hectic. Hiring Buttercup Celebrations put our minds at ease. Rebecca’s knowledge and experience helped us navigate the in and outs of planning our wedding. We appreciated her willingness to take charge with our vendors, along with providing ideas and recommendations. Rebecca is kind, courteous, and professional, and her skills and knowledge go beyond planning and coordinating. She helped provide a personal touch to our day by providing her experience with decor. She kept everything organized, answering all questions, and worked with everyone to keep everything on time, allowing us to have a stress free day from start to finish. Rebecca’s passion for her work left a lasting impression on us and our guests. Hiring Buttercup Celebrations was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Rebecca’s work allowed us to enjoy every moment of our special day without having to worry about vendor questions or if we were sticking to the timeline. Having a wedding coordinator was invaluable! Trust us, it’s worth the money for peace of mind." --Kasey and Josh Damotte
