What inspired you to launch your own business?

I began my career in corporate events. My first glimpse into weddings came when I sang at a wedding ceremony. That experience caused me to take a step back and evaluate what I truly enjoy. After reflecting, I discovered that I love building relationships and educating people - corporate events were more transactional to me, so I decided to make the switch and specialize in weddings. Soon after, Mitchell Event Planning was born!

What keeps you passionate about weddings?

My clients and their amazing love stories! I also love the reviews that come in after a wedding. It certainly validates why I do what I do.
