I was inspired to launch Signature Events when my little boy was 3 years old in 2014. I enjoyed working in the corporate world until he was born and one of my responsibilities was planning events from conferences to client appreciation events, and I really missed it. I did the research in our area and found that the concept of a planner was not here. Around here a planner was a decorator, and we have some incredible decorators here...but they were not the true definition of a planner. I was then inspired to start a business where I can help people create their unforgettable events where they are able to enjoy the planning process versus it being so stressful and frustrating. My clients are truly a guest at their own event because I am with them every step from start to finish. It took 3 years to get the true planner concept to be known and it has been exciting to see more and more professionals become true planners in the area.
My passion for helping a Bride and Groom plan the first best day of their lives as a couple is that this day will never be forgotten and my goal is to have the wedding planning chapter of their lives just as joyous as the dating chapter. At the end of the wedding chapter, I love when I hear "That was amazing and all that I dreamed it could be!"
