What inspired you to launch your own business?

I started in the corporate world as a project manager where I managed global, multi-million dollar projects. After planning my own wedding and several family and friends' weddings, I realized that I was meant to be in the creative wedding industry instead of the often cold corporate world. I have always been an event planner. At the age of 7, I handed my mom an itinerary for my upcoming birthday party, including the guest list, activities, and timing of the day. She was a little surprised by this! From then on, I planned family holidays, graduations, vacations, viewing parties, and much more! At work and at school, I was the President of multiple networking and event organizations. I planned team building activities, networking events, conferences, and employee engagement for thousands of employees. All of these experiences led me to the wedding planning world where I am able to let my creativity and organizational management shine.

What keeps you passionate about weddings?

I'm passionate about weddings because of the love that surrounds these events. It's an amazing feeling getting to be part of a couple's public commitment to one another. Every wedding I plan is completely unique to the couple, so every day is different than the last!
