What inspired you to launch your own business?
Since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of weddings. I couldn't get enough of the lace, flowers, and celebration of romance! While planning my own wedding, I enjoyed thinking through every little detail. For five more years, I continued to focus on my day job of elementary school teaching but left full-time teaching upon having my two daughters. As a hobby, I enjoyed hosting barn dances at my parents' horse ranch and baby/bridal showers for close friends and families. My love for planning and lists never went away! Upon coordinating a couple of weddings for friends, I realized that this was something I could very much do for a profession. I cannot wait to help more couples realize their dream weddings in the beautiful wine country of Lodi, CA!
What keeps you passionate about weddings?
Modern weddings can be anything that the couple can dream up! Traditional, casual, or over-the-top fabulous... weddings today are such a wonderful way to celebrate LOVE. The reality is that choosing to mark such a momentous occasion with all your loved ones takes a lot of logistics and planning. I thrive on the list-making and attention to detail needed to bring my couples' ideas to fruition!
